Senior Sales Training Consultant MaST Ireland

Purpose of role

• Delivery of Business Development (Sales)/Sales Management training programmes
• Business Development and Account Management
• Assist in Planning and Implementation of Internal Projects

Reporting to Managing Partner.

Key Result Areas

Delivery and Design of Courses

• Consult with client to clarify goals and objectives and tailor content accordingly
• Design programme materials using MaST modules to meet needs of client:
• Delivery of training programmes
• Ongoing Development of specific MaST programmes

Business Development and Account Management

• Generate leads and follow-up on leads generated by colleagues
• Identify Client needs and present proposals to client
• Manage assigned accounts in through effective Account Management processes and skills

Experience/Attributes

• You will have at least 7 years experience in a sales environment for a UK/Irish or Multi-national Corporate
• Sales Management Experience
• Significant Experience in delivering Consultative Style Sales Training programmes
• Flexibility for overnight travel as required
• Desirable but not essential
• FMCG or Financial Services background
• Training Qualification

Remuneration/Terms

• Attractive Remuneration Package based on experience. Flexible arrangements on Permanent, Contract or Self-Employed status can be offered subject to candidate's needs
