MaST has developed a panel of coaches who work with clients from Middle Management to Executive Level.
Coaching is concerned with skills development and confidence building. It is not about attempting to change a person’s basic personality. Although coaching should not be thought of as a "quick fix" solution, it is our aim that the coach becomes redundant in the relationship as soon as possible.
Therefore, the responsibility for change always lies with the client and not with the coach. A fundamental success factor of this style of intervention is the client’s willingness to change in the first place.
Our coaches are all highly experienced, and come from a variety of backgrounds. This enables us to match the appropriate coach to the Executive.
