Team Building - Coming together, keeping together, working together.

We believe that people learn best by doing. This programme uses indoor and outdoor physical and mental exercises to generate learning and discussion. The level of challenge can be graded to suit participants’ abilities and desires.
We can incorporate the Insights Discovery Profile into the Programme. This tool provides an excellent objective personal profile on staff’s behaviours based on the theories of Jung. Its continued success makes it one of the leading tools used by leading Blue Chip companies to raise self-awareness in their staff.
Numbers and Duration
Participant numbers and duration will be established at a scoping meeting prior to the training day. Typical duration is ½ to 2 days.
