How to get role clarity and common direction in your team.
In sport a team may practise four or five times for every time they play. In business, most teams never practice. As a result, roles and goals are not clear and whilst the group may be called a team, it does not think and act as a team.
The Team Effectiveness workshop introduces the team to a planning and implementation process. This enhances team performance by bringing clarity to team goals and individual roles. It improves understanding, communication, initiative and teamwork amongst team members
It leads to a clear understanding of the effectiveness needed from each member and the place that each job has in the total team effectiveness.
The Team also sets its own Team goals, which will be congruent with, and critical to, the achievement of the targets which may have already been set for the team.
This is not a course. The programme is run in a workshop format and deals exclusively with issues relating to the team.
