The Team Leading Course delivers Managers who understand and can demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to maximise their teams potential.
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
Understand the different types of team and the implications for teamwork
Identify the characteristics of successful teams and benchmark their own team
Understand and apply the concept of team roles to their own team
Handle team conflicts
Develop their skills in facilitating team involvement
This course is delivered over 2 days and aims to maximise participation through discussion, individual and group exercised. The style is informal and the content informative.
