How to develop the business relationship through excellent key account management
Many suppliers do not take a strategic approach to managing their key clients. Consequently an opportunity is missed to really exceed client’s expectations whilst growing business in the most cost effective way.
The Key Account Management Skills course is a vital step for any Key Account Manager. It equips the Manager with the necessary knowledge, skills and processes to manage and develop a key customer in a mutually profitable manner.
